Are you a consumer and want to withdraw your purchase?

How long do you have the right to withdraw?

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. Further information can be found in our GTC and in the menu item right of cancellation.

How do I return my goods?

Please notify us of your return by e-mail to office@go-e.com. You will then receive all the information you need to send your return to us.

Alternatively, you have the following option: Please navigate to the menu item "My orders" in your customer account (My account). Select the relevant order there and click on "Return". Follow the further instructions. You will then receive all the information you need for the return from us.

How long does it take to process a return?

As soon as we have received the goods, they will be checked (1-2 working days). You will then receive your payment back in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
