My order is incomplete or incorrect. What do I need to do?
Please contact us via the e-mail address office@go-e.com. Please send us a copy of the invoice in the email.
Can I check the status of my delivery?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which you can use to check the status of the delivery.
How do I obtain a return label in the event of a repair?
Please contact us at office@go-e.com. Don't forget to include your address. We are obliged to include it on the return label.
